Please make sure the DHCP function has been switched on in the router setting</p> <p>2. Please get the router closing to the light bulbs and ensure the WiFi is with strong signal</p> <p>3. Please check whether the router is overloaded if connection still fails</p> <p>4. Please make sure the password is correct, or reset the router setting</p> <p>5. You can also connect the light bulbs with the Hotspot in another phone, that will rule out whether there is any problem with the router.</p>
