The Simply45 S45-1601 Cat6 UTP Pass-Through RJ45 Modular Plugs provide a professional solution for terminating unshielded Cat6 Ethernet cables. The straight-line wire insert allows conductors to pass through the front of the plug for easier positioning, while the plug's internal design allows the cable to extend farther into the connector. This helps reduce untwisted wire length and improve NEXT performance. The S45-1601 is designed for 23 AWG solid and 26-24 AWG stranded LAN cables, supporting 0.95-1.05 mm conductors and cable diameters up to 7.0 mm. The pass-through design is suitable for most Cat6 UTP cables, including compatible stranded cables used for patch cords and leads. Simply45's 3-prong contact design with 50µ 24ct gold plating provides three points of contact with each copper conductor for strong retention and reliable electrical performance. The S45-1601 is also rated for PoE/PoH applications and is HDBaseT approved, making it suitable for professional networking and structured cabling installations. Built from UL94 V-0 commercial-rated polycarbonate, these RJ45 modular plugs are UL/cUL listed and recommended for compatible CMP Plenum, CMR, CM, and LSZH LAN cables.
