Each clear-tint snagless strain relief fits over a terminated RJ45 modular plug and helps reduce excessive bending and twisting near the connector. Designed for cable diameters up to 8.5mm (0.33"), the S45-B003 is recommended for Simply45 shielded external-ground RJ45 modular plugs. It can also be used with other large-diameter LAN cables, including Cat6 shielded and Cat6 shielded direct-burial cables. The strain relief helps maintain the proper bend radius of the termination while reducing mechanical stress on the RJ45 plug. Its trimmable design allows installers to adjust the bend radius when working in tight spaces, while the snagless extended tab helps protect the connector's locking latch. The clear color works with different cable jacket colors and provides a clean, professional appearance. The S45-B003 is UL94 V-0 commercial rated for Plenum and LSZH applications and is UL/cUL listed. Each package contains 100 clear-tint RJ45 strain reliefs in a wide-mouth resealable bag, making it suitable for network installers, structured cabling contractors, data centers, and professional Ethernet termination projects.
