Input pulse level is 5V / 12V / 24V can be directly input, no need to string resistance. But the input signal frequency, to maintain more than 0.5 seconds.
The output current is 5mA. The input power supply voltage range is DC12-30V.
Instructions for use:
1, Multi-turn potentiometer is used to calibrate the frequency and voltage of the corresponding relationship.
2, The input power supply voltage range of DC12-30V.
4, For the use of PLC, support NPN type. Must have ground wire.
5, If used with the encoder, the encoder constant speed required to continue to rotate more than 0.5 seconds.
6, F / V conversion module, the response time of about 0.3-0.5 seconds
Note:
1. Accuracy is 1%, can not be accurate to the decimal point after the two digits, if the use of high precision requirements are not recommended.
2. You can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board to calibrate (in the factory, we have F / v potentiometer to adjust a certain correspondence, generally do not recommend self adjustment).
3. If the signal input is turbine flow, due to signal matching reasons, to add a 817 optical coupler and a resistor in order to make the flow meter to function properly.
