How to transform to monopod and add macro center column:
1.Detach one leg which has sign on it using the rotary lock on the top.
2.Screw off the counter weight hook and take out the macro center column.
3.Use the screw in the package to assemble them together and finish. You can add the macro center column on to reach higher height.

Important Reminder:
1.Hold the tube above to avoid the quick falling and the possibility of hurting your hands.
2.Telephoto lens and long shot lens are recommended to use L-shaped quick release plate to support the center of gravity; Ought to buy additionally.
