The NV-450EKIT G.fast Ethernet Extender Kit is a high-performance point-to-point solution for extending Gigabit Ethernet over existing copper wiring. Designed for bandwidth-intensive applications, it delivers aggregate speeds up to 1.1Gbps and supports network extension distances of up to 2,000 feet (600m) over a single twisted pair of Cat5/6 cabling or pre-existing phone lines. The kit includes one (1) NV-450M CO/Master unit and one (1) NV-450S CPE/Slave unit, providing everything needed to deploy a high-speed Ethernet link quickly and reliably. In default mode, no configuration is required, allowing for fast installation in both new and existing network environments. The system operates over a single pair (2 wires), making it ideal for locations where running new cable is impractical or cost-prohibitive. Built on G.fast technology, the NV-450EKIT delivers significantly higher throughput than VDSL2 solutions at distances up to 2,000 ft (600m).
