Find the Ballast. Usually it is embeded inside the ceiling fixture. Pls pull off the existing PL lamp, reflector. Leave wire in junction box. and find the ballast. <br>3. Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (AC input side, 100V -120V for North America). It also has two red and two blue output wires. To bypass this ballast, please cut all the Input and output wires, so total 6 wires cut. <br>4. Then, you can connect the two red wires to the black wire. <br>5. Next, connect the two blue wires to the white wire. now ballast is bypassed.</b>
