Luckily, you can easily do so with an adjustable step-down power supply. The LM2596 Integrated Circuit module is capable of accepting voltages ranging from 4v to 35v. It will take this voltage and output anything you’ve adjusted it to as long as it is below the input and does not exceed 3A
