Professional 18 x 12 x 0.5 Inch HDPP White Plastic Cutting Board by Thirteen Chefs
Used by food service professionals, our plastic cutting boards are designed for the rough environment of restaurant kitchens. Made from industrial grade HDPP plastic, our boards help keep kitchens clean and sanitary, as our engineered plastic is resistant to warping and stains. HDPP is a naturally heavier material (but not too heavy), helping it stay in place while using.
Cleaning is trouble-free as each board is designed to fit into any and all standard home or commercial dishwashers. Our plastic poly material can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (compare that with 145 degrees for standard polyethylene), ensuring that the cutting board is safely disinfected without ruining or warping the board.
All of our cutting boards are NSF certified from the National Sanitation Foundation and produced in quality controlled manufacturing facilities. If a cutting board is not NSF, then it is not approved for professional kitchens and restaurants.

• LARGE CUTTING BOARD - Measuring 18 x 12 x 1/2 inches, our professional cutting boards are large enough to cut and chop meals for the family, but small enough to fit in dishwashers, cabinets and drawers. Boards weigh 3 pounds and resist slipping on most surfaces.
• COMMERCIAL GRADE PLASTIC - Made from high superior high density polypropylene, our plastic cutting boards are durable and warp resistant. HDPP is superior to standard both HDPE and consumer grade PE (polyethelyne) plastic and is also 100% BPA free.
• DISHWASHER SAFE - Can tolerate restaurant or home dishwashers up to 200F. Note that hot pans and ovens WILL MELT any plastic cutting boards. Also, serrated knives and cleavers will scar and cut the surface of the board.
• NSF STAMPED - Approved for use in food service and commercial kitchens. Standard white color can be used for all kitchen prep work including meats and vegetables.
