総じて大満足です｡買ったらまず､ボールヘッドの六角を締めるべし｡そのままでは緩いので､カメラがだんだん下向きになってしまいます｡やりすぎると｢ミシッ｣と音がするので､ならない程度に｡(ミシッと聞こえた後､戻しました)ランニングとかで使わないなら六角をてこの原理使わずに回せる範囲で締めれば十分です｡その上で､使っていないときはボールヘッドの手で締めるところは開いておいたほうが､寿命が長くなる気がします｡(構造的に壊れるとしたら､ボールヘッド周辺な気がするので)それと､ポールヘッド調整は､半開(手で動かさないと動かないぐらいの強度の状態)でやりましょう｡全開にしてしまうとポールヘッドごと外れ､カメラが落下する可能性があります｡以下､使用レビューです｡なお､リュックはNorthFaceのワンマイル16です｡･息子(5歳)とのお出かけ時子どものお出かけでは､何かと両手が塞がりがちですが､ハンズフリーでとり続けられるので､非常に快適です｡ご飯を食べている様子を最初から最後まで･散歩中の何気ない会話など､今まではなかなか撮れなかったシーンも記録でき､発見でした｡･ランニング時前提として､激しいスポーツには不向きです｡(そもそもリュックにつける商品ですし)それでも､ランニング(キロ5分30秒くらい｡街中)で快適に使えました｡カメラがついていることを意識することなく､走れます｡走った軌跡を確認できて､おもしろかったです｡動画を45度水平モードにすれば､手ぶれも最小限になります｡(普通のモードでも手ぶれはまぁ許容範囲です｡走り方にもよりますが｡逆に上下の揺れをおさえたよい走り方が身につくかも｡)前述したボールヘッドの六角を締めていないと､一歩ずつ下向き(地面を移す状態)になってしまって使い物になりません｡(その他留意点)･胸元に突起物がある状態になるので､狭い場所や人混み､では注意が必要です｡油断しているとコンクリの壁などにカメラをガリッとしてしまいそう｡･リュックをおろす際は､カメラは外すのが吉です｡カメラの重みでリュックが倒れ､ガチャンといくかも｡その点で､頻繁にしょったりおろしたりをする人には向かないかと｡リュックに外ポケットなどの収納がある場合､練習&肩を柔らかくすればしょったままでも出し入れできるので､練習しましょう｡私は特になるべくポケットに物を入れたくない派なので､財布やティッシュ､小銭入れはこの技を駆使しています｡･つけたままではディスプレイは｢一応見える｣程度で快適ではないです｡首がつりそうになる｡設定を変えたりする際は外した方がよいかと｡･カメラ本体に付属しているクイックリリースは表裏を正しく使用しましょう｡カメラのマークついているほうが表です｡逆でもつきますが､つける難易度が跳ね上がります｡正しい向きであれば､マグネットが正しくはめるのをサポートしてくれます｡イチを合わせてからリリースボタンを押すより､リリースボタンを押しながら位置をあわせたほうがやりやすいです｡あとはボールヘッド部分の耐久性ですね｡パーツだけ購入できるなら評価はさらに上がります｡

Unfortunately, the ball mount is really loose and weak. I could not mount my x4 onto it without it moving underneath the weight. Not sure if I just got a bad one. The clip onto the backpack strap is good though. Don't feel good enough to trust this with my insta360. Maybe if I just had a gopro it would be fine. Disappointed since this is insta360 branded.

I really like the design of this backpack clip compared to the other clamp style clips. The mount is comfortable and easy to adjust. It's very sturdy and keeps the camera mounted very securely.

I could wear this with my X5 on all day comfortably. I kept the clip in place even when I didn't have a camera on it since it was so solid. I used it on a 5 day trip and never felt annoyed by it. Take some time with it before needing to use for so you know what your ideal position. Make sure to really clamp it down when screwing the tension in place on the strap and it won't move. I didn't realize I didn't do this enough the first time I was trying it out and it started to slip. Take the time to swivel the mount into a comfortable position so it's not sticking out. Be aware if your back straps loosen or tighten you may need to adjust the location on your strap.
