To ensure proper charging, your USB-C charger must support 15V/3A output. Most phone or tablet USB-C chargers do not support 15V and will not work. We recommend using a 45W PD charger or higher that clearly lists 15V/3A

?? Troubleshooting
1. LED flashes: This means your charger has insufficient power. Please use a USB-C charger that supports 15V/3A and 45W or above
2. Phone or tablet charger doesn’t work: Most phone and pad chargers do not support 15V output or have less than 45W power, and therefore cannot be used. Older USB-C chargers also may not meet the requirement
3. LED does not light up: Try using a different 15V/3A 45W charger. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us via your Amazon order page or seller profile
