The Simply45 S45-1100 is a Cat6/6a UTP standard RJ45 modular plug built for professional installers terminating unshielded LAN cables. Fits 23 AWG solid Cat6 and Cat6a UTP cables with conductor sizes 1.05-1.17mm and max cable OD 7.4mm. Also supports larger-diameter stranded UTP patch cords too big for the S45-1000, and is backward compatible with Cat5e. The included Bar45 load bar is custom-designed to match the S45-1100 plug body, seating the cable deeper to reduce untwisted wire length and improve NEXT and FEXT crosstalk performance. Each plug uses a patented 3-prong phosphor bronze contact with 100u nickel base and 50u true 24ct gold plating, delivering 3 contact points per conductor versus 2-prong designs for stronger grip, lower resistance, and long-term corrosion resistance. UL Listed, UL94 V0 commercial rated, TAA compliant, HDBaseT approved, and PoE/PoH optimized. Meets ANSI/TIA 568.2-D Class E and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E. Recommended for CMP Plenum, CMR, CM, and LSZH up to B2ca-rated cables. Packaged in a 100-piece wide-mouth jar with green-tinted plugs and a matching color-coded cap for fast field identification.
