The Jabra GN1200 7-foot smart cord works with most desk phones including IP hard phones. The microphone amplification boosts transmit levels when connecting to low transmit level volume phone systems. The Jabra GN1200 also features eight separate wire schemes - including three built in microphone amplification. Just connect the Jabra GN1200 and headset through the quick disconnect plug and flick the slider from one position to the next until a dial tone is heard.
