Composed of a heat-shrink outer tube, hot-melt inner tube, and 304 stainless steel needle, it features fast shrinkage and high efficiency. Additionally, the steel needle adopts a chamfer design, which neither sticks to the wall nor generates static electricity, maximizing the performance of the optical fiber heat-shrinkable tube
• The locking design at both ends of the optical fiber heat-shrinkable tube effectively prevents the internal steel needle from falling off. Its sealed structure also enables the splice to have good flame-retardant and insulating functions without affecting the optical transmission characteristics of the optical fiber after shrinkage
• The use of a transparent casing allows users to check the optical fiber splicing situation at any time during installation, detect whether the connection at the splicing part is correct, reduce the risk of adverse effects on the optical fiber, and make the operation safer and simpler

Step 2: Cut after peeling off the coating of the optical fiber cable
Step 3: Put into the optical fiber fusion splicer for fusion splicing
Step 4: Move the heat shrinkable tube to the welding place and then put it into the heating tank for heating
